The Tory Borough Council are getting rid of the people who run the three Borough Community Day Centres. This is being done without the Council even trying to find out what services they provide!

Most of the services that the elderly and disabled use at the centres are organised by volunteers and part-time staff. They are going to be expected to carry on without someone on-site to manage the centre on their behalf. The council have offered to manage the centre by e-mail!
