Stuart is married with children and has lived in the Borough all his life. If elected Stuart promises to work hard, listen, and get things done for residents of Hooley, Merstham & Netherne. His top priorities are: making the ward greener by supporting biodiversity; make walking & cycling safer by reducing urban speed limits; repairing roads & footpaths, & protecting the area’s green spaces; and getting Thames Water to stop dumping untreated sewage in local rivers.
