Station Approach Flooding

Lack of proper maintenance of the drains at Station Approach in Horlley Central and South is causing frequent heavy flooding. Simple maintenance of the drains would very quickly solve this issue. Reigate and Banstead Borough Council must be held accountable for this responsibilty, especially given that excessive flooding on this road can block the entrance to the residential village here.
