Redhill Station Redevelopment

The Planning Application for Redhill Station Redevelopment is currently under initial consultation.

Though additional housing & brownfield development is to be welcomed we have a number of concerns regarding the following:

1. Lack of affordable housing or key worker housing;
2. Traffic - with the drop off point being moved to site B there will be significant additional traffic in an area that is already busy, this will be further exacerbated on the occasions when there are rail replacement bus services; and
3. The impact on public services needs to be carefully considered, additional housing will create further strain on already stretched public services.
